Support

A real person answers.

You are not renting time from a call-tree that ends in a contact form. If something is not working — especially in the last stretch before Election Day — you can reach a human being who knows this system and will stay on the line until it is fixed.

Mon–Fri 8am–7pm Central · extended hours during election season

FreedomVote support is a person who answers, not a chatbot and not a ticket queue. Write support@freedomvote.ai and you will reach someone who has actually onboarded candidates and county committees onto this system, not a first-tier script-reader.

Every new account gets an offer of a free screen-share onboarding call — fifteen to twenty minutes, your screen, a real person walking you through your voter file, your first walk list, or whatever you are stuck on. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm Central. Those hours expand as Election Day gets closer, and during the final week before any Tuesday election, phone lines run 7am to 9pm Central because that is when campaigns actually need help.

There is no support tier gate. A $39-a-month candidate gets the same phone number as a $149-a-month county committee.

How to reach us

Three ways in. Pick whichever fits.

✉️

Email

support@freedomvote.ai reaches a live person during business hours. Include your name and your race and you will get a reply the same business day — usually within the hour during election week.

💻

Screen-share onboarding

New to the system, or new to computers entirely? Ask for a screen-share. Someone gets on a call, looks at your actual screen, and walks you through your voter file, your first walk list or your first print order until it makes sense — no video, no script, an actual conversation with your name in it.

✉️

Email

support@freedomvote.ai works for anything that is not urgent — a question about a report, a request for a feature, a receipt you need forwarded to your treasurer. Expect a same-business-day reply, faster during election season.

If something breaks during election week

Call. Don’t email and wait.

A walk list that won’t load the morning of your canvass, a donation page down two days before a filing deadline, a check-in scanner acting up at the polls on Election Day — these are the calls that jump the line. During the final week before any Tuesday election and on Election Day itself, phone support runs 7am to 9pm Central and election-week calls are routed straight to a live person, not a queue. Say “election week” when you call and you will not wait behind a routine question.

Before Election Day

Extended hours begin the Monday of election week: 7am to 9pm Central, phone and email both.

On Election Day

Full-hours coverage from 7am to 9pm Central for check-in issues, walk lists and last-minute questions.

After you win

Support stays on for closing out your finance reports and pausing your account for the off-season.

Questions about getting help

Will a real person actually answer the phone?

Yes. The number on this page rings a real support desk staffed by people who have used the product with actual campaigns, not a call tree that dead-ends in a voicemail box. If every line is busy, you get a callback the same business day — during election week, usually within the hour.

What if I am not technical at all?

That is who this was built for. Tell us what you are trying to do and we will get on a screen-share with you and walk through it together — not a canned video, an actual person looking at your actual screen. Most first calls run 15 to 20 minutes and end with you able to do it yourself next time.

What counts as an election-week emergency?

Anything that stops you from getting voters to the polls or getting your filing in on time: a walk list won't load the morning of a canvass, a donation page is down, you can't generate a required finance report before a deadline. Call the number — do not email and wait. Election-week calls get priority routing to a live person immediately.

Do you offer support outside business hours?

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm Central, with Saturday hours added during the ten weeks before any Tuesday election. During the final week before Election Day and on Election Day itself, phone support runs from 7am to 9pm Central, because that is when your campaign actually needs us.

Do county chairs get a different kind of support than individual candidates?

Committee and County Command plans get a named onboarding contact and a scheduled kickoff call, in addition to the same phone line everyone else uses. The goal is that when your term as chairman ends, the next chairman is not starting from zero — someone here already knows your county's setup.

Can support see my voter file or donor data?

Only if you invite them in, and only for the specific screen-share you asked for. Support does not have standing access to browse your campaign's data, and nothing you show us during a call is shared, sold or used for anything beyond helping you that day. Read the full commitment on Our Pledge page.
