For candidates

Win your race. Even if you’ve never run one.

Everything a campaign manager would do — the voter file, the walk lists, the website, the yard signs, the fundraising math — done for the candidate who doesn’t have one. School board to statehouse, this is the whole campaign, in one place, for less than the cost of one round of mail.

No credit card. No sales calls, ever.

FreedomVote is campaign software built for first-time, down-ballot candidates who are running with little or no staff. Roughly a third of local candidates run with nobody helping them; another four in ten have one to three people, usually a spouse and a couple of friends. FreedomVote replaces the campaign manager, the data person, the print vendor and the treasurer you cannot afford to hire — your voter file, your walk lists, your website, your yard signs and palm cards, and your fundraising records, all in one system.

It costs $39 a month, billed monthly, cancel any time — less than one mail piece sent to 500 voters. There is no credit card required to start looking around, and no salesperson will ever call you. You will get a real website live this week, a correctly-sized “Paid for by” disclaimer on every sign, and a plan for what to do next, in plain language, whether or not you have ever run anything before.

Updated August 2026

You didn’t decide to run because you love spreadsheets. You decided because of a curriculum, a tax hike, a zoning fight — something specific enough to make you stand up at a meeting and say, “I’ll do it myself.”

★ ★ ★

And now you’re afraid of one thing more than losing: looking like you don’t know what you’re doing. A misspelled sign. A disclaimer in the wrong size. Money your neighbors gave you, spent on the wrong things. You are not worried about being wrong on the issues — you already know why you’re running. You’re worried about being an amateur at the parts nobody teaches you.

What actually happens

The week that turns “I’m thinking about running” into “I’m a candidate”

1

Day one

You enter your race and your district. Your voter file appears already sorted into your precincts — every household, every likely supporter, every persuadable neighbor. You didn’t buy a list or beg a county chairman for a spreadsheet. It was just there.

2

Week one

Your website goes live. Your first fifty yard signs ship. You print your first walk list and hand it to your spouse or your best friend for Saturday morning. This is the validation moment — the point where it stops being a decision and starts being a campaign other people can see.

3

Every week after

You get a short list of what matters this week — doors to knock, a filing deadline coming up, an email to send to your donors. You are never guessing what a real campaign is supposed to do next, because the system has run this playbook thousands of times before you.

Everything, in one place

Six things a campaign manager would do for you

If you could afford to hire a full-time staff, this is roughly what they’d be doing for you all day. FreedomVote does it for $39 a month instead.

🗂️

Know your voters before you knock the first door

Your district shows up already sorted into precincts and households — Republicans, likely Republicans, persuadable, and the folks not worth your time. You are not starting from a poll book photocopy or a spreadsheet a friend of a friend emailed you. You start knowing more than the incumbent does.

🚪

Send your one volunteer to the right house

A turf and a walk list, ready in minutes — on a phone for the volunteer who has one, printed on paper for the retiree who does not. Nobody wastes a Saturday knocking doors that were never going to vote for anyone, let alone you.

🌐

A website that says you belong in this race

Live this week, not next month, without hiring your nephew or learning a page builder. Your bio, your issues, your donate button, your events — up before your first coffee meeting, so nobody who searches your name finds nothing.

🪧

Signs and palm cards that do not bankrupt you

One-click design from the logo you already uploaded, a disclaimer sized correctly for your state without you having to learn the statute, and movement pricing instead of retail. The money your neighbors chipped in goes to more signs, not a design fee.

💵

Every dollar your friends gave you, accounted for

A $20 check from your uncle and a $500 check from the Rotary Club land in the same clean ledger, thank-you notes go out automatically, and your treasurer — who is probably also your spouse — has a report ready instead of a shoebox to sort through the week before it is due.

🤖

The staff you cannot afford yet, working anyway

A campaign manager drafts your fundraising emails and reminds you what is due this week. A press aide preps your next event. A treasurer watches your filing deadlines so they do not sneak up on you. It is not magic — it is the work three staffers would do, done for you, for less than one of them costs in a week.

File on a Tuesday. Have your website live and a walk list in your hand by Thursday. That is the moment it stops feeling like a decision and starts feeling like a campaign.

Honest money talk

$39 a month. Less than one mail piece to 500 voters.

No setup fee. No “election-year pack” tacked on in October. No sales call to find out the real price — it’s on the pricing page, same as everyone else sees it. Monthly billing, cancel any time, and a full export of everything you built the day you leave, win or lose.

Your data. Your campaign. Never shared, never sold, never seen by the other side.

What first-time candidates ask

Questions every first-time candidate asks

I have never run for anything. Will I mess this up?

Almost every candidate on FreedomVote is running for the first time. You are not expected to already know how to build a walk list or word a disclaimer — the system tells you what to do next, in plain language, and a real person answers the phone if you get stuck. You bring the reason you are running. We bring the campaign plan.

What does it actually cost?

Candidate plans are $39 a month, billed monthly, cancel any time. That is less than one mail piece sent to 500 voters. No setup fee, no “election-year” surcharge, no credit card required to start looking around.

I'm not technical. Really not technical.

If you can use Facebook and send a text message, you can run your campaign on FreedomVote. Big type, plain words, and a printed version of anything a volunteer would rather hold than tap through. Call the number on this page and someone will screen-share with you until it clicks.

What if I raise less than I hoped, or the race gets tight?

You are never locked into a contract. Billing is monthly, and you can cancel any time with a full export of everything you built — your voter contacts, your donor records, your website content. Nothing you paid for gets held hostage.

What happens to my account after Election Day?

If you win, congratulations — pause your account for the off-season and keep every record for your next filing. We are not going to bill you in December for a race you already won in November, and everything is exactly where you left it when you need it again.

Is my donor and voter data safe from the other side?

Yes. FreedomVote serves conservatives only. Your voter contacts, donor lists and volunteer rosters are American-hosted, never sold, never shared, and never visible to anyone on the other side. You can read the full commitment on Our Pledge.

It’s your name on the ballot
