Yard signs at movement prices. Designed in one click. Compliant in every state.
The signs, palm cards and mail your campaign runs on — ordered from the same place you keep your voter file, and logged straight to your treasurer’s books.
No credit card. No sales calls, ever.
The FreedomVote Print Shop lets you order yard signs, palm cards, door hangers, banners and direct mail without ever leaving your campaign. Because the platform already knows your name, your office, your logo and your colors, a finished sign design takes about a minute instead of a week of emails with a print shop.
Every piece is laid out with your legally required “Paid for by” disclaimer already applied — sized, boxed and positioned to your state’s rules, not just the federal ones. A union bug is available on request at no extra charge. Signs ship direct to your door, and every order is written straight into your campaign’s expense records for your treasurer.
Yard signs start at $3.40 each in a 50-sign Candidate Launch Kit. Committee plans get movement pricing on every reorder. You do not need a FreedomVote subscription to order print — but subscribers get the one-click design, the automatic disclaimers and the bookkeeping.

Ordering print the old way
- Email a sign shop. Wait two days for a proof.
- Discover your disclaimer is the wrong size — reprint on your dime.
- Pay retail because you are ordering 50 signs, not 5,000.
- Re-key the invoice into a spreadsheet so the treasurer can file it.
- Do the whole thing again in October when you run out.
Ordering print from your campaign
- Pick a template. Your name, office, logo and colors are already there.
- Your state’s “Paid for by” disclaimer is applied and sized automatically.
- Movement pricing — the same rate a countywide campaign pays.
- The expense posts to your campaign’s books the moment you order.
- Reorder in two clicks. Split the shipment to five precinct captains.
Three things a sign shop can’t do
One-click design
We already have your name, your office, your logo and your colors. Choosing a sign design is picking a template, not briefing a designer. Most candidates go from “I need signs” to an approved proof in under five minutes — and it looks like a campaign that hired somebody.
Disclaimers, handled
“Paid for by” rules are federal and fifty different state variations — wording, minimum type size, whether it sits in a set-apart box. We apply the right one for your race automatically. No retail sign vendor does this, and it is the single most common thing first-time candidates get wrong.
Books that stay clean
Every order lands in your campaign’s expense records the second you place it — vendor, amount, date, category, receipt. When your treasurer files, the print spend is already where it belongs. Nobody re-keys an invoice at 11pm the night before a deadline.
Everything a campaign puts on paper
Movement pricing on the pieces that actually win local races — and a launch kit that gets a first-time candidate visible in a single order.

Order #10428 · Whitfield for Village Board
A first-time candidate goes from invisible to visible in one order.
You will spend more on signs than on software. We would rather be honest about both.
A typical local campaign budgets around $3,500 for signs and literature against a few hundred dollars of software all year. Most platforms pretend print does not exist, so you end up paying retail to a vendor who has never heard of your race. We would rather put movement pricing, correct disclaimers and clean books in the same place you already work — and let you spend the difference on more doors.
Straight answers
How fast can I get yard signs?
Standard production is four to six business days on orders of 100 signs or more, plus transit. Rush production is available in your state during filing and GOTV season. If you order Tuesday, signs are typically in yards by the following weekend.
Will my “Paid for by” disclaimer be right?
Yes, and this is the part first-time candidates get wrong most often. We apply the disclaimer your state requires — correct wording, correct minimum type size, in a set-apart box where the rules call for one. Federal candidates get FEC-formatted disclaimers. You can always review and approve the proof before anything prints.
Can I get a union bug on my printing?
Yes, on request and at no extra charge. Most Republican campaigns do not need one, but in union-heavy districts some candidates want it. Just check the box when you order.
Do I have to be a FreedomVote subscriber to order?
No. Anyone can order from the Print Shop. Subscribers get three things non-subscribers do not: one-click design from campaign assets you have already uploaded, automatic state-specific disclaimers, and every order logged to your expense records automatically.
What does a normal local campaign spend on signs?
A typical town or village race budgets roughly $1,500 for yard signs and another $2,000 for brochures and palm cards. That is usually two to five times what the same campaign spends on software all year — which is exactly why we would rather sell you both at an honest price than mark up either one.
Can I reorder mid-campaign?
Yes, and most campaigns do. Your designs stay on file, so a reorder is two clicks. Committees and county parties get movement pricing on every reorder, including split shipments to multiple precinct captains.
It’s one system. These come with it.
