This page will not show you a fake “99.99%” badge or a live counter, because a number on a marketing page that nobody can verify is worth nothing. Here is where to check what is actually happening, and what we owe you if something goes wrong.
Live system status — current uptime, any active incident, and past incident history — is published on our status page, linked below, updated by the on-call team as events happen. We do not display a real-time uptime number on this marketing page because it would be stale the moment you loaded it. Check the live page for the current state.
Our commitment is a target, not a guarantee we can back into after the fact: we design for 99.9% monthly uptime on the core platform — voter file, walk lists, donation pages and event check-in — and we treat any outage during the two weeks before a Tuesday election as our highest priority, ahead of new feature work.

The live status page is a separate system from the marketing site on purpose — if freedomvote.ai itself is ever down, status reporting still works. Bookmark it, especially if you are a county chair running GOTV logistics on Election Day.

What we owe you when something breaks
A published target, not a marketing claim
We design the core platform to a 99.9% monthly uptime target. That is an engineering commitment we hold ourselves to, not a live figure we can honestly display on a static page — the status page is where the actual, current number lives, and it is the only place we would ask you to trust for that.
Election week gets priority, always
The two weeks before any Tuesday election and Election Day itself are treated as the highest-priority window on the calendar. Deployments freeze except for emergency fixes, on-call staffing increases, and any incident during that window gets worked ahead of everything else, including new feature launches.
Plain-language incident write-ups
When something breaks, the status page gets an update within minutes describing what is affected — not corporate hedging, an actual sentence a precinct captain can understand. After it is fixed, a short write-up explains what happened and what changed so it does not happen the same way twice.
