Eight promises. In plain English. No fine print.

We wrote these eight promises down because vague promises are how people get taken advantage of. Every one of them is something we can be held to, not a slogan on a landing page. If we ever fall short of one, you have the right to call the number at the bottom of this page and ask us why.

1. Your data is yours — not ours to keep

Every voter contact, donor record, volunteer roster and precinct list you build in FreedomVote belongs to your campaign or your committee, full stop. You can export all of it — voters, donors, volunteers, events, finance records — in one click, any time, for any reason or no reason at all. You do not need to call us first, open a ticket, or explain why.

What we do not do: we do not sell it, rent it, license it or “share it with partners.” Nobody on the other side of the aisle — no opposition researcher, no Democratic firm, no data broker — ever sees a single row of your file. It is not for sale at any price, to anyone.

2. We only serve conservatives

FreedomVote exists for Republican and conservative candidates, county and state party committees, townships, and grassroots groups on the right. That is not a marketing line — it is who we accept as customers. We are not a neutral platform trying to serve both sides for twice the revenue.

What that means in practice: the volunteer list your county chairman spent four years building, the donor list your candidate’s neighbors trusted her with, the walk lists your precinct captains carry — none of it is ever visible to, sold to, or usable by a campaign, consultant or committee working against your side. That is the whole point of building our own system instead of renting space on someone else’s.

3. American-owned, American-hosted

FreedomVote is owned and operated in the United States. Your data lives on servers on American soil, under American law — not routed through infrastructure owned or leased by a foreign government, and not subject to a foreign court order.

What we do not do: we do not outsource our infrastructure to the lowest bidder overseas, and we do not treat where your data physically sits as a detail too boring to mention. You are trusting us with your campaign’s most sensitive information. Where it lives is not a footnote.

4. You cannot be deplatformed by us mid-campaign

93% of Republicans believe Big Tech censors their side, and most of them are right to worry — it has happened to conservative candidates, conservative causes and conservative media, sometimes with no warning and no appeal. We built FreedomVote so that story can’t happen to you here. We own our own infrastructure rather than renting it from a cloud platform that could suspend an account it decides it doesn’t like.

What we do not do: we do not shut off your website, your donation page or your voter file because of who you’re running against, what you said at a town hall, or a complaint from someone who doesn’t like your politics. Billing issues get a phone call and a grace period, not a kill switch. And if you ever leave — for any reason — your full data export goes with you.

5. Honest, published pricing — no election-year surcharge

Candidate plans are $39 a month. Committee and county party plans are $149 a month, everything included. Those prices are on the pricing page for anyone to read, right now, without giving us your phone number first. There is no sales call required to find out what something costs — a pattern we think exists specifically to soften you up before quoting a number you wouldn’t accept in writing.

What we do not do: we do not raise prices in an election year because you have no choice but to pay it, and we do not tack on an “Election Pack” add-on fee once you’re already committed. And when your race is over — win or lose — you can pause your account for the off-season. We are not going to bill you in December for a campaign you already won in November.

6. A real human, not a ticket queue

Every FreedomVote page carries a working way to reach a human: support@freedomvote.ai. Write it. A real person answers, one who has actually helped candidates and county chairmen use this system, not a script-reader and not a form that dead-ends.

What we do not do: we do not hide behind a chatbot that pretends to be a person, and we do not make “contact support” mean “wait three days for an email.” If you are a 68-year-old precinct captain who has never used a system like this before, someone will get on the phone and walk you through it until it makes sense.

7. Your data does not train anyone else’s AI model

FreedomVote uses AI tools to help draft your emails, prep your events and watch your filing deadlines — but that is work done for your campaign, not a way to harvest your campaign’s data for someone else’s benefit. Your voter file, your donor list and your internal notes are not fed into a shared model that improves a product other customers use, and they are never sold or licensed to an outside AI company to train on.

What we do not do: we do not treat “we used AI” as an excuse to quietly repurpose your data for something you never agreed to. If that ever changes for any part of the product, it will be an opt-in choice you make, not a default we sneak into a terms-of-service update.

8. Security, explained in plain English

Your data is encrypted both while it sits on our servers and while it travels between your browser and ours — the same baseline protection banks and hospitals are required to use. Inside FreedomVote, access is role-based: a volunteer sees the walk list you assign them and nothing else, a precinct captain sees their precinct, and a chairman sees the county. Nobody gets more access than their job requires, including our own staff.

What we do not do: we do not treat security as a checkbox for a sales deck. Every edit to your voter file, every donation recorded and every user added to your account is written to a permanent audit log — who did what, and when — so that if something ever looks wrong, there is a real record to look at instead of a shrug. Institutional memory should not disappear when a chairman’s term ends, and it does not have to here.

We are asking you to trust us with the names, addresses, phone numbers and giving history of the people who believe in your campaign. That is not a small thing, and we don’t treat it like one. If any promise on this page ever turns out to be untrue, we would rather you hold us to it in public than take our word for it here.
